Airtame Sound Troubleshooting
Make sure when connecting to Airtame, that the sound for the app is turned on. You must select to remove the “mute slash” icon.

Also, it will automatically mute your laptop in the process, so make sure that your laptop volume is set to a very low level so that it doesn’t distract you from your presentation.

Remember: Always test your equipment prior to your presentation. Feel free to book to have an IT person there to help you prior to your meeting or presentation as we may not be available or at your location the day of.
