Airtame Instructions
Connecting to Airtame
Turn on TV using the remote, located underneath the TV on the shelf.
Once the TV is on, use the remote to select the correct source for Airtame. The source is "PC"

Connect to the same WiFi as Airtame (Shown on the TV or Projector).
- WIFI name is Meeting room and password is YMCA9622!
- Download the Airtame app.
- Open the Airtame App, find and select the Airtame's name, or type the IP address shown on the Airtame home screen.
- Select Share screen or Share Window.
- To add sound, click on the speaker icon in the app.
Connecting to Airtame for a Meeting
- Create your meeting with the location set as "APY Plexus Room"
- Connect to the same WiFi as Airtame (Shown on the TV or Projector).
- Download the Airtame app.

Open the Airtame App, find and select the Airtame's name
- Select Join Call and enter the code shown on the Plexus Room TV
- In the call in Teams and Allow Airtame to join the call
You will now have access to a room wide camera and speaker for the duration of the call via the TV and soundbar setup in the plexus room.
Sharing your screen during a call is as simple as following the steps to connect normally, or sharing your screen via Teams.
From iOS device(iPhone,iPad)
- Slide down from the top right corner of your screen.
- Press the Screen Mirroring button.
- Select the screen/room you would like to present on.
- Navigate to your presentation app, which will now be visible on the meeting room TV.
- When finished, follow steps 1 - 3, but click Stop Mirroring.
